VEX by strike and time
Vanna exposure cells behind the candles, with the coming expirations as slices beside the chart.
Vanna, the change in option delta as implied volatility moves, as cells behind the candles and as markers beside price, on the TradingView chart you already use.
Included in GEX + Wheel and Quant plans.
What it adds
Vanna describes how option delta changes as implied volatility changes. The VEX heatmap lays that exposure out by strike and time behind the candles; the Vanna markers put the modeled levels beside price. Each has its own switch, so you can keep either on without touching GEX.
Vanna exposure cells behind the candles, with the coming expirations as slices beside the chart.
Modeled Vanna levels for the active ticker, drawn beside price.
The automatic window of 0 to 45 days to expiration, or one expiration you pick in the popup.
The VEX heatmap and the Vanna markers come and go on their own, without changing the GEX, DEX or flow layers.
With futures levels on, the Vanna levels of SPX, NDX, RUT and DJX map onto their futures contracts too.
How it works
Open the chart. The extension reads the active symbol every 8 seconds.
Keep the automatic expiration window or choose one expiration.
Read vanna beside the walls and the flip instead of on its own.
Vanna estimates depend on the options data and the model. They are research context, never a forecast of the next move.
