Yes, on your first paid charge: you can request a full refund by emailing hello@quantwheel.com within 14 calendar days of that initial charge (the date your trial converts, or the date of your first paid subscription if you did not take a trial). After 14 days, charges are non-refundable. The $1 trial fee, renewal charges, and annual renewals are non-refundable. See the full Refund Policy in Section 9 of our Terms.
Your subscription will not renew at the end of your current billing period and you keep full access until that period ends. If you cancel a monthly plan mid-month, you keep access for the remaining days; if you cancel an annual plan three months in, you keep access for the remaining ~9 months. No prorated or partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a paid period - cancellation stops future billing only.
Annual subscriptions are purchased and billed as a single 12-month commitment in exchange for a discounted annual rate, and they auto-renew at the end of each 12-month period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the very first paid charge - it does not reset on renewal. Renewal charges are non-refundable, and there are no prorated or pro-rata refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled after the initial 14-day window.
