Public suits a trader who trades 0DTE index options. It lets you open new same-day positions until 3:00 pm ET and close same-day index positions until 4:00 pm ET. Webull suits a trader who wants paper trading, a desktop platform or phone support. Both allow naked options at Level 4, with a minimum balance at Webull, and both allow covered calls and cash-secured puts in an IRA. QuantWheel sends the orders you approve to both.
